Terms and Conditions
Accommodation Bookings
Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, unless in exceptional circumstances.
After check-in no refunds will be given for early departures.
All cancellations must be submitted via email.
Your Retreat Bookings
When booking the property for your own retreat over a non-holiday weekend, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to the retreat, 50% of the total will be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat, the booking is non-refundable.
If booking the property for your own retreat over a NZ holiday weekend, a $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the retreat. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the retreat will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations between 60 and 90 days prior to the retreat, 50% of the totalwill be refunded. Cancellations less than 60 days before the retreat, the booking is non-refundable.
Holiday weekend bookings are non-transferable, and all cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.
Our Retreat Bookings
This is specifically for retreats run by us.
A deposit of $500 is required to secure your place at one of our retreats.
Full payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the retreat commencement date.
Cancellations made more than 2 months prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund, less a $200 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 2 months of the retreat start date are non-refundable but you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person at any time, provided you notify us prior to the retreat.
In the event that flights are cancelled or government-imposed travel restrictions prevent attendance, we will endeavor to reschedule the retreat to another suitable date.
Workshop Bookings
Workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable.
Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
Additional Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone retreats and workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, low numbers, illness, weather events, or force majeure.
If a retreat or workshop is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a credit toward a future event.
We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Dietary requirements and health conditions must be advised in advance.
Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, or extreme weather events.
